Can anyone explain, in laymen's terms, why there is a 1,000lb
difference in "MAX LINE PULL" capacity between the "1st Layer"
and a "Full Drum" as well as what that means in actual use?

MAX LINE PULL 1ST LAYER 2500 lbs.
MAX LINE PULL FULL DRUM 1500 lbs.
