Only a couple that I can think of...

You don't have to wait for it to tune
There are no electronics.

The disadvantages are...

Weight
Gain
F/B
Ease of assembly and erection
Survivability in storms
Harmonic rejection/interference levels

Some of these are probably minor, but worth mentioning.
