That's getting pretty close to the end of the shelf life.  I can't remember 
when the company used to pitch it, but we could get it at the company store 
(no longer in existence) very cheap with a fair amount of shelf life left.

We'd occasionally get the conductive (black) with an alcohol base and some 
times the high temperature stuff.
The DC 4 and 5 didn't have expiration dates as I recall, but we could get 
that at a tiny fraction of what it cost on the open market. Of course we 
used to be able to go across the road and get Styrofoam (TM)  4' X 8' X 1" 
sheets for a bit over $3.00 each. That's company store is not longer around 
either.
