[TowerTalk] Question re Sky Needle rotor cage

On my Sky Needle tower, the chain drive that couples the rotor to the mast is 
getting loose. Has anyone else had this problem?  I'm at the end of the 
adjustment range on the rotor cage,  so I''m unsure how to tighten the chain. 
Do bicycle-type chains stretch?
