That was probably me taken out of context and I said pretty much the
same as you with out all the extra references.
However the one caution remains, Learn how to use the equipment properly
as staying in the harness too long with leg circulation restricted has
not only caused passing out, but death as has sitting for many hours on
a transoceanic flight. A friend had a leg clot which moved into his
lungs due to not moving around enough on a flight back from China.
Afterwards they said he was very lucky to be alive.
If you had read the rest you would know I also use a full body harness
and recommend against using cheap or used equipment.
