Trust me, With the tree's I have, and the way its worded..
I never thought I had to file.
But, the Town would NOT let me install a tower
until I did.
Also, The airport manager informed me to file.
No exception's he said.
If you want to advise him not to file because
of the tree's...be my guest...its not my installation.
