Drill a hole and thread it (NPT) for fit the cable connectors made for 
the job. They come in different sizes that will fit most any cable 
including Rg8, 58m CAT5, LMR 400 and 600, rotator cable, ... etc.
I use them for all cables not fitted to bulkhead connectors at the tower 
box.

The 3 and 4" conduit I use lets it breathe easily.
