What makes your location so special? Yes, you seem to have a nice place with a
nice set-up but your are still surrounded by neighbors and power line.
What I understand now is that the Beverage is less affected by nearby RFI
sources with a better S/N ration. You tell me the difference.

At my station it is extremely rare for a Beverage to hear better on 40m
than my yagis.
