You will find that center fed dipoles are rarely balanced and even if they were, coax is unbalance, So the good old choke in Jim's tutorial should be a good idea. The RFI tutorial shows how many cores, the type of material for the cores, and how many turns to wind your own.

I know that OCF dipoles need something more than just a balun...
