142's title is IEEE Recommended Practice for Grounding of Industrial and Commercial Power Systems

It's divided into separate sections on "what do do with a structure" , "what to do with specific manufacturing processes", and "how to connect it to Earth"

For instance, there's stuff about dusty areas (flour mills and bakeries, for example)

It doesn't say much about towers, per se.
