Man! 70 meter (227 ft) tower with 8 5L 15 meter monobanders. An installation like that with no safety wires on the turnbuckles. No matter the planning, something always gets missed. (I retired as a project manager at the corporate level for a large multinational corporation) I don't know what that tower was, (looks larger than 55G) but it makes my 45G look like a toy. The diagonal braces appear to be rerod. I assume they are the weldable variety. That tower was strong. Looking at the lift, there was a lot of tower beyond the lift point and no visible sag!

Impressive video!

I Ditto that Dave.

The Bible ( Rohn Catalogs ) as far back as I can remember always had a diagram in the
"general " Tab of the catalog regarding

A: the Safety Wire ( through the turnbuckles Bodies and Eyes )

B: and if not using PLP Preforms Serving the EHS guy wire . after the last
cable clamp .

Same here. That 1/4 EHS works great.

When using turnbuckles, *don't forget to safety wire them*. I have never
seen a ham safety wire a turnbuckle.

My turnbuckles are all wired. I just take a cut off piece of guy wire and
loop it through the bodies of all the turnbuckles and then through the live
side eyes, that way neither side can turn.
