Pulling House AC power through conduit likely subjects you to code

power” you should be good.
In general, mains power wiring MUST be in its own conduit, separate from
non-power wiring (generally called "low voltage wiring". In other words,
if you need to run mains power and coax/control cables to your tower in
conduit, you must have two conduit runs, one for power and one for RF
and rotator.
I don't have much experience pulling cable into conduit, but I've heard
that some (all?) pulling juice can turn into glue as it dries. I'd get
advice from electricians who do this all the time on this before using
any pulling lubricant.
