Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. Lot of great ideas. Some places
came up dry, and one source had a prohibitive cost.
I did find a place: Ziegler Bolt & Nut House in Canton, Ohio, that had one
at a reasonable price. I just kept trying different search terms and
eventually Google turned it up.
