[TowerTalk] Hy-Gain HG-70HD tower thrust bearing info needed

I would like to use a DX Engineering thrust bearing (ball bearing) to replace 
the Hy-Gain bearing on my HG-70HD tower but I can’t remember what the bearing 
plate looks like. I don’t believe there is a bolt hole pattern of any type and 
I’m wondering if I can drill three holes in the tower bearing plate to make the 
DXE ball bearing work.
Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.
