[TowerTalk] Taking out direction pot on HAM M Tower Talk

The easy way to take out the direction pot is putting a couple of
selsyns one at output shaft and the other at the shack putting a dial for 
reading díarection and that they are available as surplus stores,and I have 
plenty in stock!
