I agree with Steve.  I am replacing my old trusty Hy Gain Tail Twister which 
has been in service for over 20 years.  The rotator cable is still OK.  Unless 
the jacket
on your rotator cable has deteriorated, which I doubt that it has,  I wouldn't  
bother with changing it.
