this was my first conteat from the caribbean.
wow! as long as the band was open the pileups
were fantastic. long path was open to asia for
2 hours after the band "closed" but couldnt get
JA to turn their beams.

missed zone 24 for a sweep. duh. cant believe it.

many thanks to mort, W1UQ for the use of his great
QTH. 1391 feet above sea level on the highest peak
on the island. slopes to water in all directions.
