[AMPS] Metering a GG amp

No disagreement with Ian or Rich on this: just a warning. Stick to old
fashioned moving coil meters rather than fancy digital ones, cheaper though
they may be. I've had enormous grief from digital voltmeters objecting to RF
and telling more lies than a President (used to be 'more lies than HR', but
we may as well get topical). Even LED bargraphs can give trouble with RF.
