[AMPS] AL-82 Primary Tap Settings

The only way to properly set the transformer taps is to
measure the filament voltage at the tube pins at each
setting. I would start with the 220 volt tap first. If the voltage
is within specs, you are there!

Try to borrow a good voltmeter if you don't own one.
