[Amps] oil-filled capacitor operating position

Gents,

What can you tell me about oil-filled capacitors in the 20 to 40 uF range, eith a DC working voltage of 3 to 5 KV, on the subject of
operating position and being paralleled?

Do large cans need to be operated only with the ceramic insulators in the up position?

Are two cans able to be paralleled for greater capacity if their ratings are not exactly the same?
