The manual says, "a nominal voltage of 3100" - I see about 3000 with 110V.

I will e-mail the tuning procedure later when I get back to my shack - I  
have to be sure that I name the right knob - can't remember which is which.

It is very easy to run this amp.  I am very pleased with the one I was  
given by a club member here.
