[Amps] SB-200 blows fuses

Jeff -- The SB-200's 80m Tune-C padder bandswitch contact is the most 
likely to arc.  Since the breakdown potential of the bandswitch is c. 
5000vdc, and the HF peak-potential is c. 2300v-pk, when such an arc 
occurs, it ought to be a pretty good clue that something unusual is 
taking place.
