[Amps] What blower?

Does the GS-35B require 88 cfm at sea level?  Seems several weeks ago 
someone mentioned the 88 cfm was for operation of the tube at other 
than sea level (what that level is wasn't stated).  The sea level air 
cooling figure was 22 cfm, which is less than the for the 8877 (38 
cfm and I don't know if this is at sea level or not).

Is there a confirmed reference for less cooling air at sea level for 
the GS-35B?
