[Amps] MLA-2500 adding 6m to existing bands?

Hi There, Mike VE9AA here.  Ham since 1978 but total amp newbie, 
hi...starting right out with a question please.

Has anyone added 6m to the existing bands on a Dentron MLA2500 with any kind 
of success?

I've added 6m to the SB-200 and SB-220 effectively removing 10m for 6m, but 
only was able
to do the mods the various magazine articles suggested.

Wondering if anyone has done something similar, leaving HF alone, but adding 
6m?

If not, what about a 6m only MLA-2500 ?
