[Amps] MLA-2500 adding 6m to existing bands?

The 6m only would be a decently simple job, but there isn't a lot of
room there to work with to add 6m.  I've got another one now to
re-tube so I'll pull it apart later and see if there isn't space you
could work with if you got another bad switch for another lead.
