[Amps] RF issue

I don't know what you mean by "280 ohms ground" either, but if you are 
having trouble with the RS35a output voltage going to zero when you transmit, 
I've had that problem also and solved it by winding the dc output wires from 
the RS35a around an appropriate ferrite toroid core.
