[Amps] M1156 Xistor Specs?

  Anyone happen to know the specs on a M1156 Transistor from the late 1980's?

  Also goes by a Motorola service part number 48-84411L56.

  These are large SOE bipolar devices so they're probably VHF or UHF.

  The collector base breakdown is circa 60 volts so, I'm presuming that they are 28V parts.

  & the HFE seems fairly linear up to 10 amps Ic.

  A net search proved fruitless... and vegetableless.
