Paul its nice to hear they are available for those models.

I got an original meter for my 76PA from Mouser a few years ago, its still 
the same Modutec/Jewell as it was when new. Swap the scales and it looks 
like new.

Those of you who own an Alpha 70A, 70V, 77, 77Dx, or 77Sx can now order
replacement multimeter scales from Ram Meter (www.rammeter.com ).  They have
the original negative on file that goes back to the early '70s.

Over time, the red paint on the RF Watts scale fades as a result of UV
exposure.  I ordered four sets and they are indeed exact replacements.  Cost
was about $43 per scale.  I wish to thank Dan Greeson, KH6P, who did much of
the early research on this for his Alpha 78 series meter scales.
