[Amps] AL-82 Blowing fuses on startup

I would first call the power company and have them check with their meter. 
If it really is high demand it be reduced to 125V or less.

Mine is now a comfortable 119V but I still use bucking transformers for the 
boatanchors. Light bulbs havent failed since.
