[Amps] Henry 2KD4 Blower Replacement Instructions?

Does anyone have detailed instructions for the replacement of the blower 
in the 2KD4? Also, is there a replacement blower (or fan) that will 
produce the required cooling at a lower noise level? I'm not interested 
in reducing the airflow below the Eimac recommended volume but quieter 
would be nice.
