##  IMO, elecraft should have provided for at least one lower vdc, and
probably 2  lower vdc's.   Then one could run 1 kw PO..with much greater
eff, and less heat.   Or  say  500w  po,  using the very lowest vdc.   The
SPE and also the UK  SS  amps both have  3 x vdc's to choose from.
