[Amps] Kenwood TL-922 Loading Cap Needed & AL82 Plate Tuning

I picked up a TL-922 at a hamfest this weekend, and someone has removed 
one section of the rotor plates (the set closest to the front panel). 
Not sure why. That's why I need one.
