I assume you want to use a 120v relay as a contactor to take the burden off the on/off switch.  There’s ALWAYS 120vac available on the same terminals the blower connects to.  NEVER use chassis ground for a neutral return.  Simply hook into the blower terminals for 120v AC. Shift the wires from the original on/off swith over to the relay contacts in the same configuration.  The CW/SSB switch is part of the on/off switch but is separate electrically.  I assume you’ll keep it as is.
