[Amps] Pem Nuts ?

I've never managed to make the self clinching ones work at home,
probably don't have the right sort of press capacity. I've used the PEM
AETS swaged inserts (see Memfast brand in the UK), things I generically
call 'rivnuts' which fix like blind rivets and inserts with a collar
which you splay out to fix them like these

I use a ball bearing in a vice as a press.
