Contest Card/Voice Blaster

Anybody using or know the details of the "W9XT Contest Card" voice keyer &
CW interface PC board thats been advertised in NCJ the last couple of issues?
Also, how about LTA's "Voice Blaster" voice keyer for PC sound cards?
