When it came time to pull a stiff, old bear of a 1" coax run out of a
similar length of conduit at an FM station I used to work for, what did
the trick was a gallon of alcohol mixed with a big bottle of dishwashing
soap.  This concoction was poured into the higher end of the conduit.  A
come-along pulled the cable past its bends (which had "set in") and the
liquid goop greased the skids.  The alcohol is used so that it will
evaporate and not cause rust or the like.  Sounds like you won't have to
use a come-along, but the goop should help.
