Writelog for Windows

I would be interested in obtaining feedback about writelog for windows. Has 
anynone used this program in a contest enviroment ?? How does it compare 
with TR and NA and CT ?? I though I saw a post on where/how to obtain a 
copy  but have misplaced it ! Any comments would be appreciated !
