The Southeastern DX Club's selection of a Team Leader is John Laney, K4BAI.
To my knowledge, John has not selected a partner yet. We're very pleased
that John will be participating and look forward to great results.
I won't prejudice the line by listing his accomplishments; besides, the
resume took long enough to READ, I don't want to re-type it.
73,
Steve

"Well, Brent I tell ya:
Word on the street down South is that others are giving the K5ZD
team +100 Q and 15 Mults vs Don Kings K1AR team.
'AR is hands down the odds on favorite to keep the belt he shared
with ex-roomate and brother in law K1DG.
When asked, 'AR workout partner K1EA simply smiled and said that
when you've spent as much time in the same shack as he has with
'AR you kinda doubt that he and 'DG could be whupped - 'DG
sparring partner WZ1R pretty much so agreed, saying whoever would
wanna take on the Dynamic Duo would probably get the chowder
knocked outta 'em....adding that it could be an upset and over
after that first JA opening on 15 meters...the New Englanders were
not hampered by a West Coast venue in Washington state last go
round."

The deadline for club nominations of team leaders for WRTC has
passed.
Haven't seen much discussion here on the reflector.
Who did the clubs nominate? Have any teams been formed yet?
The Las Vegas book makers want to know so they can establish the
line.

Dear Guys,
It was just noticed that CT's .CTY file for the CQWW has UA1P in
the wrong zone. All UA1's are in zone 16. None are zone 17.
