HQ stations in IARU HF Co...

IARU HQ stations give out signal report and the abbreviation for their 
national society's name.  W1AW will be giving out 59 ARRL or 599 ARRL (unless 
we can't hear you well).  DA0HQ will be sending 59/599 DARC.  Non-HQ stations 
give signal report and ITU zone.  It'd be interesting to compile a complete 
list afterwards also!
