Cut Number Summary

They're good.  They're bad.

They're legal.  They're illegal.

They are used by people of bad parentage.

They will bring about the end of the world.

They are faster.  They are slower.

The only discussion more interminable than cut numbers was the one about
whether DX contest or Sprint winners are better operators.  
Give it a rest, guys.  Or maybe start a cut number/best contest reflector.
 For me, I've had enough.
