As I build up my station, I plan on having some open contest weekends to do
just that, bring in the work horses and some new colts. See if we can harness
some the steam of these young colts. I've done it in the past, but want to do
more of it.

It's an excellent idea, but I think there's a lot to be said for each of us
covering his/her log. That way some folks would get a lot more than just
one letter, which couldn't hurt. Actually I plan to QSL everyone with a
check of 92 or later, for that same reason, with a note "hope to CU in
other tests!"
