[CQ-Contest] no more All Asia for me-7Z5OO (long)

Okay boys

I have received number of emails since I posted the article that 
"without no contest number in the log is IMCOMPLETE".

Please do not merge Two things in one.

The log completeness;
I said the logs(+summary) without any indication of sent number is 
IMCOMPLETE.
I did not say that ALL THE SENT NUMBERS MUST BE WRITTEN IN EACHE LINE.
I say CT generates the incomplete summary sheet which only has the 
RST but NO CONTEST NUMBER.
So those logs(+summary) are imcomplete. Why are they complete?

Disqualification judgement;
AND!! I DID NOT say that these imcomplete logs should be disqualified.
But they may have the caution(warning) that their log is imcomplete 
or ask them to write the exact contest number(sent) in their logs or 
summary sheet in next time.

I had been rejected from the JARL contest committee about 10 years 
ago so I've not been involved it since then.
