I agree your position..
I was an T70A's operator and we haven't use the CQ from multiplier stn,
because this is the rule!!!!! 
I'm not very happy about the game logics that follow many stations
during the contest. In particular during CQWW SSB is possible to heard
stations that use 10Kw against the maximum power permit for law,
europeans stns that call at 7020KHz against the bandplan, stns that
occupied a busy frequency (any problem at your receiver 9A1A ??),
stations that presents SOAB with 36 hours of operations and M/M score (a
little bit strange) and other (irregular???) modes to work during the
contest.
But this is the CQWW SBB and it's all permit over the rules.
In the past year i posted many messages about the use of the bands
during the WW contest. But nothing to do.... i'm very sad but if you
want enjoy in CQWW you need to change opinion about all that you heard
on the air during the contest.
