[CQ-Contest] Station in Europe Wanted for WPX Phone

I will be in Brussels, Belgium over the weekend of WPX Phone.  I am
looking for a station in the Benelux region (or within train/car
distance) that I can use to operate the WPX Phone contest.  I would
prefer single op but a multi-op effort would be fine too.  I just want
to hear what the bands sound like from Europe in a major phone DX
contest.
