Hi Doug....don't know what the big guys are using but will give an example
of the setup at NQ4I Multi-multi....
160m station is TS930s and Alpha 78, with an ICE bandpass filter between
exciter nad amp, and Chesterfied Labratories bandpass filter after the
amp...going on memory alone the ICE is about 50 db, and the chesterfield
Lab is about 55 db...

80m is TS930s and Alpha 77...use ICE between amp and exciter, and
Chesterfield Lab band pass after amp..same specs as above...

40m is TS930s and Alpha 77...use ICE and 2 Chesterfield Lab filtrs...second
harmonic on 20m is only s7 and antennas are 9 ft aprt...

20m is TS850s and BTI LK-2000...use 2 ICE and 2 Chesterfield Lab
filters...2nd harmonic on 10 is s7...antennas 30 ft separation...

15 m is TS930s and Alpha 78....1 ICE filter only...

10m is TS850s and Alpha 78...1 ICE filter...

I have worked on eliminating interstation interference for the past 5
contest seasons...it is a never ending battle...hope this gives some
insight...
