[CQ-Contest] Logging "QRP, or Mobile" contacts

Hi there,

You know, I absolutely agree with you. Unfortunately your comments have
nothing to do with why I occasionally sign /qrp.  The only reason why
I sign the way I indicated below is to let the dx station know I am
NOT simply going for an insurance qso.

Your points could be better taken if they hadn't so completely missed
the point.
