	I'm begining to think a new ZERO POINT CATEGORY is
appropriate. This where I log only Q's that the other station tells me
"wrkd b4" and bonus points if the guy actually works AND logs me! This
way the guns are happy, they still claim the unearned points and I
feel I was a part of the 8-24 hour ordeal.
	Seriously, the UBN system would appear to stop the unearned
Q's. If we can find uniques, etc..., why not ferret out the unlogged
Q's and penalize for not properly logging them?
