[CQ-Contest] World Contest Station Database Improved

In response to user requests, I have added two fields to the database.  One
covers the number and height of towers, while the other provides space for
listing a station's Web page, if one exists.  

Total number of stations in the database is approaching 1600 worldwide.  If
you've made changes or improvements this summer, or if (horrors!) you're
not listed now, why not drop in and bring us up to date?
