[CQ-Contest] World Contest Station Database Screwup

Just now, I inadvertently overwrote the file containing revisions to the
US/Canadian section of the database since August 1.  That'll teach me to
try to do this sort of thing in the middle of the night.  

Anyway, if you submitted revisions for a US or Canadian call after August
1, you'll need to resubmit them.  Sorry. 

DX submissions were not affected.
