[CQ-Contest] NAQP Questions, Et Al

Greetings -

After a year's forced hiatus from hamming due to a move, I am back 
trying to learn how to contest better.

Question Number One -

If, while answering a CQ , you hear a needed multiplier, what is the 
correct way to try to make contact with him without disrupting the 
station running the frequency?

Question Number Two -

How much activity does the annual Washington Salmon Run (QP) generate?

Question Number Three -

What are some snappy responses to someone who tells me that I am 
"slightly off frequency, OM" when I am the one running the frequency?
